Sorry ignore my previous message, looks like it's usually based on the last 2 months pay prior to your qualifying week (25 weeks) so you should be fine! X
From my understanding… I don’t think if affects your SMP as it is based on the 2 months prior to your qualifying week(25th) But If you’re planning to return to work after having the baby it could affect your accrued holidays, if you change to part time and it stays like that until you return you would only be getting what is given to people on part time hours which could be half 🤷♀️ I could be wrong
