@Anna and so hart to find someone in the same area 😔
I love walks by myself (or with my kiddos) with music. We also chat with our neighbors if they're out
Was gonna suggest the same as @Carys I love walks with a podcast and a coffee! I see it as ‘me’ time
Walking alone is one of my favourite things, I just put on some music and disconnect completely! I think if you have a nice playlist or something to listen to you don’t feel so alone! Maybe also seeing it as a date with yourself and getting a coffee on the way, or stopping at a bookstore or whatever you’re into and turning it into a walk with purpose?
Listen to music, listen to an audio book…. I’ve come to really enjoy that time for me and my thoughts and to kinda disconnect. I have been an avid runner for years and frankly it’s been great to get back to it. For one, it’s a part of the me that hasn’t changed since giving birth and I really value that. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s gotten me back in shape physically and mentally. I run alone now but def plan on using my running stroller once he’s older. Also, we set some time a few days a week to go on a walk as a family together. Just gotta find your groove girl!
@Amy ❤️
I usually call my mom or a friend or listen to music
@Carys yes but it really stressed me out🫣
@Elsa ok
Ikr cause then you feel like you in a horror movie if you go alone at night
Me! It’s so hard to find motivation to go alone
