Just needing some reassurance! 🙏🏻

I’m about to start ICSI in the coming weeks due to male fertility issues (1% sperm morphology) and I’m so TERRIFIED. I have an underlying immune issue and don’t know how the medication will react with my condition! I’m also just terrified of the entire process and was wondering if anyone else felt the same?! 🫣 I have just really struggled to come to terms with the fact that IVF will be our path and I’m feeling a bit like a scaredy cat! 🐈‍⬛

Im on my first IVF cycle and im nervous yet excited. Since you have an immune issue, when they do your bloodwork, they should be able to see your immune issue and prescribe medications that will work best with it. Good luck.

We did ICSI too and I had an autoimmune issue.Just make sure they really check the bloods etc and that way they can tailor the meds appropriately. You will be fine but if you have any questions I am happy to help!

I’ve just started & im absolutely petrified!!! No other illness, just a mardy! We’ll be ok x

I started my first injection Christmas Day 2023! I am now expecting my little boy in four weeks. I would suggest reading up on OVF/processes/meds as much as possible. Information gather and don’t be afraid to ask for things. My first round failed my second successful. The changes I made to my second was a la unmedicated ICSI round and I took aspirin! Read up about aspirin in IVF. Good luck! X
