Yes always. Feel like my Toddler control my day and exhausting . care need ,meals, tantrums Feel like im putting my dream profession on hold too.
Absolutely. Also without the inevitable guilt I would feel if I had a day to myself.
Yeah totally! X
I get one weekend a month at a hotel room because I HAVE to be alone sometimes.
@Stacey 🇵🇸 I DREAM of this!!!
Yes. And I do make sure to prioritise some time alone. It makes me a better parent.
@Dianne 🙌🏻 it has been such a blessing to me and my marriage lol
Yes 🙌 wish I could get at least a weekend every month away from SO n BB
Don’t feel bad. I have designated baby free days which includes hubby because someone has to watch them. You need some recharge time and that’s okay!
All the time. I end up staying up way later than I should at night just to get a little me time. After the cleaning I can’t really do when the kids are up it only end up being like an hour but I really need it.
My bf and I are both like this, so we try to split the weekends up - I get Saturday to just be a person, and he gets Sunday. It also means we each get our own fun days with the little one, so far it’s working for us!
You are allowed alone time no matter how many kids you have. Don't feel guilty for needing space. Dad is more than capable of caring for baby while you go out or he goes out and relax at home. Being someone's everything 24/7 is exhausting.
