Agree with Laura's advice. I managed mine by grounding my thoughts but they weren't very often.
I listen to audiobooks. Light, not thought-provoking fluff.

Any time I would have an intrusive thought I would say the phrase in my head “my babies are healthy” and the intrusive thought would pass
It sounds like you would benefit from some professional mental health support, maybe CBT ❤️
