HSG XRAY

hi I need some clarification I’m abit confused, so I was told to ring up on the 1st day of my period to get booked in for a xray within the first 10 days of my cycle which I did today but was told that appointments are only available on a Thursday and depending on my cycle when they can fit me in which left me confused as wasn’t told if there’s any appointments available or if they’ll give Me a call back to book me in 🤷🏻‍♀️ HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE BEFORE
