Soft spot closed

Hi, My baby has been referred previously and is being monitored before her front soft spot was small, today we have been checked and it is now closed - lo is 6 months old. Has anyone experienced this when everything was ok? I’m not sure what the signs are if it isn’t ok? We are being referred back to hospital again.
