How to explain motherhood loneliness to partner

Omg I am the exact same I dunno how to explain things and that I don’t want to lonely I don’t want have no one to talk to but I have xxxx

@JessicaI reposted a motherhood is lonely tik tok and my partner saw his backside a bit thinking he was in the wrong but it’s hard to explain to him how motherhood is lonely like I have people round me that I can visit but no one visits me anymore no one asked how I am it’s just a really awkward Conversation to have

It is so lonely I’ve got family I can go to but there expect me to go and for me to be in touch none of them just come to me or message me I’m expected to do it all I’ve got no normal friends and no mum friends 🤷‍♀️ xxx

@Jessica that’s the same with me i have plenty of family to go visit but since giving birth no one visits me just frustrating x
