I've used the budget to buy more expensive things I would like her to have later. Aldi had some lovely wooden toys in store last week and I would've bought her the kitchen if they hadn't flown off the shelves! But I managed to get a walker and a rocker tricycle neither of which she can actually use for a while. I've told family if they've asked for books for her or contribution to her savings account.
I went to Aldi a bought a few of the wooden toy items, they say 12 months but it'll be fine, I'll just check it over. I bought an activity tree, activity board, 'that's not my' book, playmate with wooden zoo animals, a wooden farm train and building blocks, but I'll do some for Christmas and some for birthday x
I ordered a personalised busy board from Etsy as the main toy and will get some smaller items too
