Thank you. I haven't been o my gp yet no but I'm considering it. I've used ovulation tests so always hoped it would just happen naturally. I'll have a look for the book thanks. It does indeed suck when I get my period every month. I feel that with each month that passes my chances go down too and it's killing me. My husband also doesn't get why I'm so upset every month and isn't bothered if he has another or not so I feel really alone 😔
You probably can’t help it but your putting a lot of pressure on yourself. Took us over 9 yrs to eventually have a baby and I was 41 when I gave birth. Definitely not too late so don’t worry about that.
It’s not necessarily to do with your age, even in your twenties it can take a long time. I know it’s disheartening but don’t give up on what you want. My husbands mum had him when she was 42 so it is definitely not too late. You might find that going for some tests with the dr even puts your mind at ease and makes you relax about it 😊
I’m not going through this now but I did when we were TTC our Oct 21 baby. Have you been to your GP? As you are over 36 they should be able to offer you the initial screening. I would definitely recommend this because they might identify something which can be easily fixed and save you wasting time or if you need further help, the sooner you start the process the sooner you’ll get treated. You could also try reading the book it starts with the egg as this can give you some lifestyle tips to help improve your chances. I’m sorry you are going through this I know how much it sucks to get a negative test every month.
