Hot flashes
I am really struggling energy wise today and having a lot of hot flashes. I’m on iron tablets and my levels are okay now. I’m normally a cold person so to have these flashes is unusual!
Is anyone else experiencing these hot flashes?

@Sophie it’s so unusual! They have just started today out of nowhere! My GD sugar levels are all fine so no idea what it is! I hope it’s not a new thing that’s going to stick around…
How many weeks are you? I’m nearly 36 weeks and it’s been for the last week
I’m 33 weeks and it’s my second pregnancy but don’t remember having them with my first
Do you also get dizzy/ lightheaded?
Yes I've had it all week. Literally just trying to do housework for 10 mins and having to open the windows!
