Period app ?

Hi girlies! I recently just stopped my birth control. After 6 months old it. Due to the worst side effects possible. I had a baby in November 2023. Got my period back January 2024. I then, got pregnant again. but I had an abortion in April 2024. So my last normal cycle was February 2024. And after the abortion I got put on birth control ( depo shot) immediately. I’ve had bleeding on & off since. So I want to give my body a break with the hormone imbalances it’s endured. My question is… what period app is your favorite. I want to figure out my cycle again.
