@Ljubljana Smith yes, I have PCOS & irregular cycles. I don’t ovulate on my own. So that’s why I took Letrozole

Did they do ultrasound to check if you ovulated ?
@Ljubljana Smith no they did blood draw to check my progesterone levels to confirm ovulation
This is so reassuring. On my second cycle as first time didn’t ovulate, due to low progesterone. Really hoping for success this time 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Do they scan you to check follicle size? I have ovulation induction with injectable stimulants and trigger injection but keen to try letrozole. I work away about lot so not sure if I can get to scans for a few months off they need me in yet same city x
@Yog they never have with me. I just take the pills like they say to, track my ovulation at home with LH tests & bbt, and then I go for blood draw at 7dpo to confirm ovulation.

What dose of Letrozole did you take ? I am going to start letrozole later this month , they are starting me on 2.5mg . Your story gives me hope , I have pcos and irregular periods too .
@Yog like pregnancy testing? Not sure, since I haven’t ovulated yet 😞 today is cd 19 though, so hoping for a positive LH test either today or tomorrow!!

@Roselle Alphonso I took 2.5mg to conceive both of my kids, and i also took 2.5mg this cycle too! Still waiting on ovulation though 😩

Are you in the UK or US? I don’t think they do non-tracking of follicles in the UK but I might be wrong. I’m wondering what I can try next and it would be way cheaper!
@Yog I’m in the US! They may do things differently, I didn’t even think of that lol.

This was such a reassuring comment section to read! I'm on cd 14 and have really really low lh results but knowing it could happen on cd 20 still and potentially get pregnant gives me hope! I was starting to worry it might not even help me ovulate let alone get pregnant!
