When I was on the pill when I was younger I had my period for like 2 or 3 months just constant and they had to put me on a different pill cause it was just how my body was reacting to it
The pill was no good for me after pregnancy it made me bleed constantly for 7-8 months I would take it religiously. My moods were all over the place I’ve come off it and started using contraceptive methods without added hormones. I would speak with a contraceptive nurse or look at other methods! No woman should have to bleed for that amount of time or be in discomfort.
Depends on the pill and your body. I tried the mini pill and bled every day for over a month and almost went anaemic. Swapped to the combi pill and had no issues for the 8 years I’ve been using it. Maybe try a different type of hormone pill xx
This happened to me but for 3 months, they changed the pill and same thing! So they advised different contraception as the pill just didn’t agree with my body x
Are you taking it at the same time every day? I was told if you’re not taking it consistently at the same time every day then you’re going to have sporadic bleeding! Hope this helps!
