Maternity allowance
Hi,
My last working day is this Wednesday, as I will be taking some annual leave before my actual maternity leave which officially commences on the 11th November. What date would I need to put on the form to start my claim? Would it be Wednesday or my actual start date?

They told me I could put the last day I was actually at work or the last day of my annual leave. I did the last day of my annual leave as otherwise the 39 weeks of payments starts and finishes earlier
