Is it OK to start talking estrogen to regulate your period and try to get pregnant when having issues. Without asking doctor first?
Like is it necessary to ask? My progesterone is low so do I need to take both together? My periods are so irregular.

Taking estrogen has side effects and can actually lower fertility. You would really be best off consulting the doctor
