Doula recommendations
Did anyone have a doula that they recommend? I want to have a natural birth, but likely still at a hospital. I’m looking for a doula that can guide me through that, especially in a hospital setting. Someone with experience at Sutter would be ideal. Thanks!

I highly recommend casa natal birth center!

Another great resource is the nesting spot in San Jose
Highly recommend opting for a home birth if possible. Also, learn all you can about birth now and get your husband on board for your wishes of what you do or don't want during labor/after birth. Doulas can be helpful but they can not advocate your wishes in a hospital setting and sometimes have to stand back when hospital staff try to run the show.
