Personalised fob watch with an engraving, cute name tag or scrubs, a count down calendar for when she graduates (it fills up with a baby onesie or foot print in blue/pink), I know there’s also milestone cards (think: started my first placement!) & reference cards (important info for nurses/midwives like med conversions & CPR etc).

When I was her age, someone got me a fob watch as I was aiming to become a nurse. I started my training at 18 and cherished that fob watch for years and years. Also student midwives so the baby counters - there’s loads of super cute versions. X
