I’m fortunate to have a husband that doesn’t mind doing my injections.. he found a hint online to get the patient to cough whilst injecting and it helps so much! It’s one two three and on three I cough (sort of gentle clearing the throat type cough) and he injects. Works a treat for some reason.. also helps if the tv is on to distract me from the ones that sting a bit.. also helps to ice the area.
Also a lovely lady on here suggested an app which I wish I’d had years ago, MEDISAFE… which has reminders for your meds.

I saw a video on social media about injecting slowly once the needle is in and I found it less painful that way x good luck
I’m waiting for my cycle to start but my friend is currently in the midst and has advised a cold compress on your tum before injecting, something I will try! X
