6mths is nothing. We tried for eight years before I had another baby. Just follow a great diet, keep positive and save up xx
Yes! Raspberry leaf tea supports uterine health at all stages of life and can help tone and prepare your uterus for a healthy implantation. Chasteberry, also called Vitex helps regulate your cycles and ovulation.. I truly believe it's what helped me and my husband conceive after a full year of trying unsuccessfully. Another option if you're looking to lose any weight and this is a safe option for you is to try the carnivore diet.. it reset my hormones, kickstarted my cycle and I was accidentally pregnant on my second cycle. I had no idea Keto babies were a thing, but I've since heard a ton of stories about Keto babies.
Same here I'm grateful I have 2 daughters but we have been trying for a 3rd since the start of the year 😢 we've hit ovulation bang on the last 3 months as well
In perfect conditions and perfectly healthy people there's only a 30% chance of conception. Keep trying you've got this 👍
How old are you
6mos is not long enough. Doctors say you have to try at least 1 year before there might be a “problem”
I tried for 14 years before I got my son. Really want to try again but so worried with all of the upset it causes when it doesn’t happen 😢

Was it due to your eggs
@Trisha yes his count is low as well it’s an unfortunate combo but we did it once I know we can again 💕
@Elizabeth I’m not sure I’m just trying anything to boost my chances my husband drinks seamoss and takes his vitamins so just hoping for the best
I'm also curious if you're using an ovulation tracker? I ovulate late and hubs and I need to have "planted seeds" a day or two prior to my ovulation it would seem.. knowing your exact patterns can help drastically.
My Calendar Period Tracking App has do many features to help with tracking and that kinda stuff And I would read up on what signs to actually watch for to know optimum time, those ovulating tests ive seen so many posts them not working. Do not stress, breathe, & sticky vibes
But you can't be positive what an app predicts if you're not testing also.. I ovulated 9 days later than my app predicted.. that can be the difference of pregnant or not month after month.. 🤷♀️
I never actually took an ovulation test when do you usually test ?
I start testing about day 8 of my cycle. I usually peak around day 11/12 which means I will ovulate around day 14. Once my test line starts to get darker I then test twice a day until I peak. I keep tracking my ovulation even after I peak just to confirm that was my peak. So overall, I will use ovulation test strips from day 8 of my cycle to day 16.
I also recommend using the ovulation equation. Subtract 14 from however long your cycle was. For example, my cycle last month was 26 days so 26-14 =12 So my predicted ovulation would be day 12 of cycle SO try conceiving days 10, 12, & 14 of your cycle. My cycle this month was 27 days so 27-14 =13 so we will try days 11, 13, & 15 this month. Hope this helps!
Message me please I have some tips for you and would love to help!
6 months is usually to soon to worry, generally it can take up to 2 years, 1 year is considered normal but... If you have low eggs reserve it could take a while (almost 2 years for me with 0.3). How low is it and how old are you?
