i was on birth control for years and then i stopped taking it and my periods are regular now idk 😭
I took birth control for 2 years and gained 100lbs. Then was having the most heavy periods ever. I would bleed through pants within hours. The emergency room said it was normal😭🤷♀️ I got pregnant about a year later. All I changed was the way I ate( no not healthy) we just started shopping at aldi ( no preservatives) I would make food at home all the time. And my mood and periods were normal.
For me I took the conception for her pills, go to the gym, lose 50 pounds, take B12 shots monthly, and pills to help with weight loss. Now that my baby is 14 months and we are trying for our 2nd child with irregular periods I am waking match gummies, ashwagandha and apple cider.
A plant called markadosh thank god also regulating my period shifting my food to high glaucimic index food and looots of prayiny with only 15 minutes of sports daily on tv simple no sweating and thank god i got pregnant 4 months later
I hate when people say this to me but it’s unfortunately true.. What you eat matters because it’s a hormonal based syndrome. I found things that take longer to process make the cramping and hormones spike! I’d see if a dietitian has any input and then see about fertility with a specialist.. I have Endo and PCOS and food was the best way to control anything.. Any form of BC really fked with me and I won’t go back!
I’ve heard women take maca root which helps but side effect is you could get pregnant easily
I took inositol for a year and a half as it was natural rather than metformin, it made me get my period but it didn’t make my cycles regular, then I started metformin and was pregnant in my first cycle!
My fertility clinic prescribed me Metformin as it can help people with PCOS ovulate, but for me, it didn't work. I ended up having to use injection fertility meds at the IVF level.
