Just sounds like trapped wind or maybe he needs burping a bit more frequent...I also keep my boy upright usually on my shoulder for around 15 mins (whilst patting his back) just so his milk can settle but also let's any extra gas escape 🙂
My boy just started doing this. He’s on kendamil so just changed to kendamil comfort , I think a lot of it is wind pain at this age !! Stressful 😅
We used colief to ease baby’s gas. Only thing that worked for us. Also look up paced feeding to minimise the amount of air he intakes. Some people say infacol works too, it didn’t for us x
Also look up on YouTube bicycle legs for gas relief for babies x
My baby girl was doing this too! She ended up have a cows milk protein allergy so we had to go on hypoallergenic formula. She would cry after every burp and seem to have so much gas and her tummy was always hurting her, once we figured that out and switched we’ve had a happy baby on our hands since!
My son did this as a new born. He was just very gassy and it calmed down after about 3/4 months. It was just constant trapped wind which most of the time made him bring up a tiny bit of milk and then he was back to normal. We did bibcyle legs, tummy massage. We used dentenox and gripe water and we also stopped half way to burp then resumed and burped again. At nighy especially after a feed I would keep him on my shoulder for 20 mins before putting him down for any extra wind to come out
Gas. Burp him up on your shoulder . 🧡 So quickly they grow up 😭💘
Have you tried burping half way through aswell as the end? He might just be taking in some air which is making his tummy uncomfortable x
