Oesteopath helped me. And a yoga balll. Good luck.
I tried so many pregnancy pillows and oddly I found that sleeping on the couch was the best thing by far and the only place I could get a decent amount of sleep without being in pain when I woke up. I would make sure my hips were aligned right at the crack between 2 cushions. Worked wonders!
The bbhugme pregnancy pillow helped me! It’s more flexible than some others I’ve found and you can adjust the amount of beads inside ☺️
@Ashleigh i’m almost 31 weeks too. It’s awful isn’t it! I’m finding that although i’m knackered from not sleeping I’m desperately waiting to get out of bed and move around 😂 x
@Holly oh that’s really good to know. I have the dream genii at the moment and I don’t think it’s great for me. How long have you had the bbhugme for? I assume as it’s beads inside it doesn’t lose shape? X
I’ve been using it for about a month now! I was having awful hip pain before which is completely gone so now I’m such an advocate 😂 it doesn’t lose its shape but it doesn’t really have a set “shape” since it’s made with the microbeads. Super versatile in how you can form it around your body or between your knees etc
I've got the bbhugme as well. It definitely helped with some of the pain, but it's not fully gone and I still get up in the mornings because of the pain, not because I had enough sleep. I just want to say how relieving it is to not feel alone with this. Somehow my friends who recently had their children were very lucky regarding the hip pain part and I felt a bit weird, as if it somehow was my fault
only thing that’s helped me is a yoga ball
Thanks so much, i’ve just bit the bullet and bought the bbhugme. It’s definitely pricey but I found a black friday deal on scandiborn.co.uk and used a discount code so managed to get it for £111! Just in case anyone else following wants one too ☺️
Following because I’m the same! Can barely walk when I get up on the morning and get to find anyway to help at the minute. I’m 31 weeks how far are you? x
