Potty training
Hi my son has just turned 3 he is able to use the potty during nappy free time but as soon as I put pants on him he wets himself and forgets to use or doesn’t want to use the potty. Any suggestions on how to progress to getting him to use the potty with clothes on? Thanks

Cool thanks. I haven’t tried just trousers yet. I’ll give that a go and the book
Trousers are looser so they don't have that same feeling as with pants. It worked for us. Good luck

We trained our son at the same age. We stayed home for 3 days, no pants, and he got on well. We then started going out but he only wore trousers (pants are too much like a nappy, they forget they need to go). We didn't put him in pants for about 3 weeks. Yes we had a few accidents but mostly on the way to the potty. If you haven't already, read the oh crap potty training book
