Ovulation advice plsssšŸ˜©

Some advice would be great! I am having all the signs of ovulation. Woken up with a lot more of egg white discharge today, cramping a lot more than normal this time round, headache (not usual), stretching sensation feeling around my stomach (not usual) and according to my app Iā€™m meant to be ovulating but my LH levels are low? My last period was late which isnā€™t the norm for me but Iā€™m getting into my head and thinking all sorts. I took this Premom ovulation test and the app says itā€™s low and itā€™s even lower than yesterday but my body is saying something else??

You may get your peak in the next day or so. Keep testing xx

This is my first time doing all of this and my god is confusingšŸ˜… I thought you need to gradually go up to get your peak or could one day be low and the next the complete different? Hope that makes sense? Thank you thoughā¤ļø

everyone is different, mine tend to go gradually up over a couple days then peak but I have seen many people who's are just low then suddenly one day there is a peak.xx

You can get egg white discharge a few days before your tests go dark/positive, your body is telling you that your in your fertile window you just havenā€™t peaked yet! xx

My cycle is usually 28 days but it was 34 days for my recent one so do you reckon that could have something to do with my late ovulation? Iā€™m having much stronger cramps this time round and stretchy type sensation much lower. Itā€™s so weird x

The timing of fertile cervical mucus unfortunately does not always line up perfectly with actual LH peak or ovulation. This is often true for me and hubby and I usually have to make sure we are trying to BD in the 3-4 day window before my positive because my mucus often begins to lessen or become dry the day of my positive. Have you had a positive yet or no?

I usually test 3 times a day in fertile window to catch the peak, it can happen very quickly for some people.

Yeah usually the standard is for an LH test a positive is considered as dark or darker than the control test line but this is not true for all women and itā€™s ok to just go off of the darkest line you get. Good luck!
