First period
Helpppppp!
Why is the first period such a heavy one?!?! Can someone recommend any decent pads?! I've literally had to change myself 10 times in the last 30 minutes and still managed to leak.
I have never had a period like it.

It will get lighter. I ended up using a tampon and a maternity pad. My first period was heavier than my pp bleed!
Use the maternity nappies
I had to buy some of the disposable knickers that I wore in hospital, it really caught me by surprise as to how heavy it was as I’ve never experienced it before 😧

Same, I thought I was dying & it lasted 2 weeks!😂 I used maternity pads x
