Pelvic girdle pain

Hi ladies, I had physio today for Pgp and I’ve been recommended trying prenatal yoga or aquanatal. Does anyone know of any classes around?

I’m not entirely sure about Caerphilly but I managed to go to RCT Hawthorn leisure centre for antenatal swimming classes! They were fab x
