@Heather I only have the parcel number there is no tracking number, My wee brother took a screenshot of the barcode he was to scan and on the pic it does say it should have been delivered with yodel so I’m unsure how in-post got it and where it is they have actually delivered it too. Just so annoyed for him when he’s just trying to save up some money😔
I think he’s trying to do one on you. If you posted via yodel, they will deliver it to his door… inpost wont have it
@Sophie the shop I sent it to has sent it through in-post not the buyer, the receipt the shop gave him says in-post and the parcel code, there isn’t anything about a tracking code or it being delivered by yodel so I think it’s the shops mistake unfortunately.
As long as you’ve got your postage receipt that proves when/ where it was sent, I’d submit that to Vinted as evidence and ask them to investigate x
@Heather thank you, Vinted have came back saying the parcel wasn’t sent out on time but I have all the proof that it was sent on time x
