Yes I had GDM whilst pregnant. I’ve been told I’ve got my follow up once my little lady is 4months. I suffered with a really bad needle phobia before pregnancy but since being pregnant & then being diagnosed with GDM my phobia has now calmed down massively. I’m happy to discuss anything with you so feel free to drop me a message :) x
Haven't been able to psych myself up to book the blood appointment... Mainly because I've been eating what I like and that includes CAKE 😭 X

Yes I was tested again 6 weeks after birth and my bloods are back to normal
Tested 6 weeks after birth and bloods normal, they requested a repeat bloods 3 months after that just to check. I know you hate needles, and it’s going to be hard, but you got this! 🧡
I need to book mine, but I just don't feel ready yet. Is it a normal blood test or like the GD test in pregnancy?
