Extreme vaginal dryness postpartum: what type of lube do you use and any brand recommendations?

I was using a water based one but it dried up quickly and had to reapply multiple times 🤔

If water based didn’t work try silicone based; Another solid suggestion is coconut oil. 🫡

Coconut oil

I don't even know if they still make them but I had this problem after having my oldest and I used these KY beads and they worked really well. It came with an applicator and you put it up inside a little beforehand. I don't remember how long. Maybe 30 min or something like that.

Hybrid is the bestttt! It’s mostly water based with a touch of silicon so it’s still safe to use with toys. (Pure silicone is NOT toy safe!) the brand JO has a coconut oil hybrid lube (coconut oil instead of silicone) which is really nice.

Coconut oil

Silicone based feel a lot nicer and stay slippery longer - we only stopped using that during ttc as it's not good for sperm, I think? Now we use condoms which come prelubed but honestly we can't tango unless I'm ovulating or using lube as he is uh.. just doesn't fit otherwise 😅🤔

Try having ladys mantle tea for 2 weeks than 2 weeks break and onather 2 weeks and see if that helps. It helps with lady problems so could help with overall dryness too. Also loads of fluid at day time 🙂

You can take slippery elm bark…will have you 💦💦💦🐳🐳🐳 in no time also eat lots of watery fruits and drink spring water if you can, you need to drink a lot of water with it…you can also research other postpartum herbs to take…I take mines from upfulblends and I also took the slippery elm bark and yes mama waves 🌊 🌊🌊🌊 just make sure it’s safe for breastfeeding and pregnancy if you are pregnant
