Maternity and labour notes

For those who have requested maternity and labour notes from arrow park hospital what did you receive I got mine today and have notes up until my last appointment with the district midwife a week before my actual labour notes notes on my labour nothing

I requested mine from Arrowe park in June, still don’t have them despite the legal time to provide them being a month. I’ve raised several complaints how long did it take to get yours? I’m also wanting my actual labour and hospital stay notes rather than my pregnancy ones! They should give it you all surely

How do you request this please? As this is something I want but every time I’ve asked the maternity unit they never tell me the right information xx
