Anyone else with gestational diabetes?
Baby is quite big, in 36 weeks and have absoloutely had it now, I honestly cannot walk properly at all anymore, every step is crippling pain and I’m really struggling with getting through these final couple of weeks! Hoping to have an induction date on Monday 🤞🤞🤞

@Amy I’m seeing the consultant Monday and I’m so hoping he gives me a date then 🤣 I need somthing to get me through I can’t do this much longer, I literally cannot walk at all 😩
@Courtney I know but you’re so close now!! You’ll either get given a date there and then or they’ll send an induction booking form off and then u get called or a letter posted with the date x💕
I have GD, I’m on insulin and metformin and I’m being induced at 39+1. My baby is within the ‘normal parameters for growth, was 6lb 15oz yesterday and I’m 37 weeks today so guess that’s not classed as ‘big’ I’ve been very strict on my GD diet though which may have helped a bit I guess

Hey yeah I’m 37 weeks today and have gestational diabetes - getting induced bang on 38 weeks as baby is big too! I’m defo ready to have baby now as feeling so uncomfortable and not having great sleep either ! I saw my consultant at 36 + 4 and just found out today the date by calling triage line xxx
