HPV detected and high grade (severe) changes

Last year I had a smear test that was abnormal, HPV positive and low risk changes - I had a colposcopy and biopsy taken it come back CIN1 so no treatment needed they said it would get better on its own after a year. I then fell pregnant so couldn’t have the smear repeated after a year so had to wait 12 weeks after baby was born so it was like 1.5 years. I went back a few weeks ago had another smear done and the lady said my cervix looked healthy but to wait for the results. I had the results back the other day and it’s now HPV detected still but this time high grade (severe) changes! I am besides myself! Why there is a severe next to it! Does that automatically come with high grade changes? Or am I levels above high grade to be severe?! I’ve got to go in next Wednesday for a bigger biopsy to be taken and that laser treatment but I’m so scared when they take the biopsy it will come back as cancer!! Has anyone else had this sort of grade before?
