Advent calendar

My MIL bought it for my son. She wanted to keep the tradition as my husbands late and beloved grandmother used to buy it for my husband, even when he was in his early 30s 😅 sadly she passed away two years ago. She wanted to make my husband and her son happy. I just don't feel a mini Kinder chocolate is a good thing for a 9mo 🙃

Who said anything about baby having to eat the chocolate 👀 it might accidentally slip into your mouth 🙊 maybe just a slight bit gets bitten off each day for baby? My partners nan bought some white chocolate buttons for my 8 MO, I’d already said I’m not giving him chocolate and ruining his teeth, like many people I know! Didn’t think twice before I’d eaten the pack. 🐷🤣

Yup I'd just eat them. Many party bag sweets have been eaten by me too 😄

Yeah my MIL bought one for our little one and I just said he won’t be having the chocolate he’s too young, but thanks

What a sweet thought! 100% just munch the choccies yourselves haha

I got a calendar with books for my LG ☺️

My MIL does this also I said oh I won’t be giving her chocolate for a while and especially not every day so I eat it for 2 years and I will be the same with my second baby . Yes I know it’s only small but I prefer to give chocolate every so often . I got books one for 3-4 years for my first and I’ll do the same with my second

I know she did it purely because of my husbands memories, and I appreciate it so much due to other reasons. I'm having a day out with her this Saturday, and I'm just thinking of a polite way of saying he will not be eating it 🙃
