I had 7 losses before I got to see anyone and I've just had my 8th loss

@Laura so sorry for your loss how long was you waiting to see anyone ? I think it’s cruel to make high risk woman wait

I had progesterone the day I found out and asprin and blood thinner injections and I still had a loss. I read so many success stories, but I wasn't one of those lucky ones 😢

I got referred in June got to see the consultant in November we didunt start trying again till September this year and I've got a phone appointment with the consultant in December x

I’ve had 2 losses this year and recently found out I’m pregnant again, I was referred to gyena after my second so I spoke with the medical secretary and she told me to speak with my gp and he said if I have a scan at 6 weeks and show him the report he’d prescribe it but he also referred me to epu as well and they didn’t see me but the dr agreed to prescribe me progesterone pessaries, it may be worth you asking your gp to see what they say! X

@Lisa I asked my gp & she said they can not prescribe it it had to be epu to do it then once they have the dr can reissue the prescription.

@Kaitlyn totally agree with you I understand about mc & etopic but it goes against the fact that if u see the recurrent mc clinic they give it u to start from the day of a positive so it’s a diff rule there

@Kaitlyn sorry for your losses 😔 you should definitely contact your gp and ask about being referred cos that seems a lot to not be referred to be investigated xx

@Kaitlyn I had lots of bloods done and I have a blood mutation called Factor v Leiden which is a high risk of miscarriage so I was prescribed both. I see your last message about noone reaching to you about your losses, unfortunately you have to push yourself to be referred or have further tests as to why. Speak to your doctor or a nurse have the dates of all of your losses and ask for bloods, pelvic scan and I have my first gynecologist appointment next week x

@Abbie they won’t give it me until I’m 6 weeks & seen on a scan , I’m not even getting to that point it’s so wrong
