Heavy period!
Hey!!
So bit of a back story, I’m 24 been in the pill since 2016 till October last year,
Fell pregnant in December and have just started my first period since having my baby in September… this period is stupid heavy! I’m changing tampon and pad every 2 hours!! Is there anything else I can do to slow the supply?

I'm having my third in January, so far, all my periods since having children have been horrendous. With my second, i had 3/4 cycles of bleeding through a super tampon AND a pad within 90 minutes. It is ridiculous. Im hoping to skip periods returning this time! We can't have any more children so i dont see the point in any more periods!
