@Phoebe and yes it’s so overwhelming isn’t it! I’m just so nervous, I can’t even sit in the front when my partner drives (dreading him Going back to work when I’ll have to drive!) xx
@Sophia so I would say I feel more at ease with the owlet, I actually got mine second hand because I wanted to give it a go but already had the snuza hero The snuza is good but I just felt the owlet was more technical so I think it gave me a greater sense of security? Not sure but either way it worked aha you can pick a second hand snuza hero up super cheap though so worth it if you want to see if it helps you I was exactly the same, I’ve honestly never had anxiety like post partum its insane it controlled my whole life xx

my anxiety is crazy as it is but now having a baby girl it is definitely even crazier! i have the baby sense true sleep breathing monitor matts and a camera and i wouldn’t be able to sleep without it, it’s a bit cheaper than the owlet but it does only track breathing/movement and basically sounds an alarm if there’s a problem, but it definitely has helped me sleep at night! xx

Congratulations 💜 I’ve had the snuza hero and the owlet , highly recommend both, I was the same not sleeping at all I just couldn’t do it, I sleep much better now ! Xx
