Frequency of feeds
Hi all,
My little girl (9 weeks old) is taking around 6oz 4 times a day (roughly a bottle every 4 hours) just wondered how often others feed their little ones and how many oz they have? I have very much just followed her lead with feeding and still feeding on demand but just wondering if I should start trying to feed her more often but less volume? She seems to suffer with wind and going for a number 2 so wondering if ‘little and often’ might suit her tummy more.
Just interested to know what other mums are doing, thanks 😊

My 9 week old is on 6 oz every 3 hrs 6 times a day x
My LG is 11 week old and was doing 5oz every 3 hours but she used to go 4hrs so I moved her up to 6oz this week in an attempt to push it to 4hrs and she keeps just being sick after bottles 😩 so I’ve moved back to 5oz every 3hr don’t know if that was the right move
It’s so hard isn’t it! I spoke to the health visitor who said to carry on as I am being led by her, she seems to really suffer when trumping etc so thinking 6oz is a lot to be sat in her tummy all at once! Tempted to at least try 5oz every 3 hours instead but not sure what little one will make of it when the bottle runs dry 😂
