Advice

I made a post before about having resigned from work. So I’m currently on annual leave after maternity leave and I was due back on the 13th of December. On the 12th of November I sent them an email with my resignation letter and got a reply saying that this would be processed. On the 20th I got a document called “exit interview” with a few questions regarding why I was leaving etc and to evaluate things like the workplace, communication with the management, the canteen and pay rate etc from poor to good. I replied the same day with the completed questions. Today is the 25th and I still haven’t heard back from them or received anything else. Should this take so long? Never resigned before so I’m not sure what the procedure is. I am getting paid for annual leave but I wonder if I’ll get a letter with the resignation confirmation or an email? Any advice would be great thanks.

I left my job and I didn’t get any of that, just a “we completely understand they’re only young once, sorry to see you leave” message back 😅

One of my works I heard nothing from them, not even an "acceptance" then had a random exit interview a few weeks before, then nothing. But you don't need to wait for them. The clock starts from the moment they receive the letter

You should receive your holiday pay on your usual pay day but that's it. If you're worried, give them a call or pop in!
