Nothing wrong with starting to at least introduce concepts! Probably get a potty step up and a travel style potty cover for kids ( it folds up and goes over the seat

We bought a potty and I've just been praising him every time he sits down on it fully clothed. I'm hoping that it will make it a bit easier for us lol. He's starting to show some interest but not a lot so right now it's just a fun racecar chair to chill in while I go to the bathroom

@keira my daughter showed signs at being ready at around 15 months so we have it a real shot and it was NOT happening 😂 sometimes they’re getting there but not quite ready. She’s 18 months now and showing signs again so we’re gonna give it another shot. It doesn’t hurt to try and if you can tell it’s not quite clicking just stop and try again in a few months

Also we bought her the mini toddler toilet and she would not sit in it to save her life. Hated that thing and then I did a bunch of research and found out the little seats you get that go on the actual toilet work better because they see us see on it and gain more interest in it.
