Shirley Iacovu (in Shirley!) is wonderful. I fell asleep during her treatment and felt so rested afterwards, and she gave me a clue to ask my GP for testing and uncovered an underlying condition. Also look up www.spinningbabies.com. They have lots of free resources and a parent ed class for about £20 that goes through maternal postures and exercises to move a malpostioned baby and to ease labour. 100% the best birth prep ever and I recommend it to everyone. I used it to have a healing, simple 2nd birth after a traumatic first. x
