Yess @Sarah i read somewhere from 6-9months first offer milk then solid and from 9m onwards offer solid then milk, so i'm following that
Just wait til signs of hunger than offer her the bottle instead or just mix some food into her bottle
please don't mix foods into bottles unless medically necessary, it is a choking hazard and can cause baby to aspirate the food into their lungs.
@Sarah no disrespect but my family’s been mixing food into bottles for decades/generations obviously not while their a newborn but even doctors will tell you to put liquid food in a baby’s bottle like purées
@Taliah no they actually don't. Per the aap cdc everyone says that it is a choking hazard
@Taliah also no disrespect but thats called survivorship bias, just because your family has done it and survived doesn't mean that it's safe.
Not on here to argue… girl just do what you got to do to feed your kid whatever gets your kid to eat is what matters 🫶🏽 happy thanksgiving to all
I'm also not here to argue but rather to give safety advice. a convo needs to happen with the ped before resorting to unsafe practices. happy Thanksgiving to you too
@Taliah yeah taliah i tried biscuits dipped in milk n she likes it . not milk alone. Thankyou for the advice ♥️
@Sophia Yeah you're right but cannot mix solid food into milk ofcourse. But mashed and crushed things like purees with milk i tried 💕
@Irum yes that's fine as long as it's not in a bottle is all!
@Irum literally what I was trying to say 😭 glad it worked
@Janila how old is your baby now? Then how did it worked for you?
@@Janilahow many times 3oz?
are you offering milk before solid foods?
