How many oz are everyone’s 10.5mth having? How many bottles? For reference there is allergies to dairy. I mention this because seemingly they don’t need bottles at all if they are having dairy foods.

2.. 7oz first thing and 7oz before bed. She has most days of both, but maybe not all. She has 3 meals, snacks and a fair amount of water too. Cows milk in her breakfast most days (wheetabix or porridge)

My little one is 10 months old and drinks 8oz in the morning and 8oz before bed

1 9oz before bed. Water with food through the day

2 bottles 8-9 oz 1 at nap time and 1 at bedtime plus she has a good amount of water and like 3 meals plus snacks a day

3 bottles. 7oz in each but about to reduce the lunchtime bottle to wean off it

3 7oz bottles, the third is sometimes hit and miss late afternoon

My little boy has a milk allergy, and he’s not really a big eater either he’s still on puree he’s on about 4 sometimes 5 bottles a day 8oz, health visitor came the other day and told me to give him less bottles and he might start to eat but he won’t x

5/6 bottles between 6/7/8 ounces 3 meals a day plus snacks and water

3 meals and 3 bottles- I make 7-8oz depending on what she has eaten/drank that day, usually has around 6-7oz

2-3 bottles depending on how much he’s eaten, usually an extra bottle if we’re out and about and can’t eat a meal somewhere xx

Our HV said food over milk and the milk as a top up. Since he’s been on three meals a day he’s dropped his two bottles on his own, preferring food over thr bottle. The only time he wants more milk is when he’s teething

@katie my HV said 4x5oz bottles per day or 3x6oz bottles but I can barely get 1 bottle. We mix between soft and solids. On days where I don’t think he will eat much I offer softer foods and try spoon feed a lot. And on days where he’s tanking I give him control of his intake but always keep a we bowl to the side and offer with spoon too. We fully introduced more solid stuff with potato and veg crochettes and that was a really big hit try give that a go if your wanting to move on to some tougher things. I also find if there’s too much variety he will pretty much laugh in my face and not eat. X

@Kate my HV says only babies that are consuming dairy can do that. Where as mines doesn’t consume any dairy so needs his milk to top up what he’s missing out on. There’s so much conflicting advise. Mines has been on 3 meals and 2 snacks a day since 7 months and still HV pushes milk.

My LG has a milk allergy too. My LG will have her Weetabix or porridge with her milk and very rare she will have some from the bottle maybe a hour later. Lunch time I have start to giver her food before bottle so lunch and maybe an hour later she has maybe only 3 oz after. But usually it be the whole 7oz and hardly any food. But with changing it over she eats quite a bit. Then a bottle at 4 then dinner at 6. Then she has a bottle between 7-8.30 and then she is still getting up at night for a bottle. But sometimes she doesn’t. It’s a hit or miss. So depending she can be on 5/4/3

3x 7oz (210ml) bottles offered but he doesnt finish them all! Last one is always drained before bed, he used to always drain the morning one too but the past week/2 he is only taking 3/4oz of that aswell! the middle one is very hit and miss he will sometimes refuse and only really takes 3ish oz of it - think we will drop it soon! Hes almost naturally weaning himself off them & im just going with the flow - he will be 11months on the 8th dec and has 3 meals and 1/2 snacks most days x

Just gone to 7oz between 4-6 bottles

It’s ridiculous isn’t it different health care professionals tell you different things so you don’t know what’s actually right 😫x

Always offer mine 3 x 7oz bottles but he’s already pretty much weaned himself off the midday one, so I don’t make this one up anymore, I just have one pre made in the fridge if he does one some. He drains the morning one but not the evening one, which makes me wonder maybe this is why he is waking up at 530am cus he’s starving since he won’t drink all of the bedtime one! Anyone else in the same boat, or anyone know how this can be rectified, and instead drain the evening one!

8am 3oz after his Weetabix 12pm 6oz bottle 8:15pm 8oz bottle
