I didn't have injections but I was told to keep the socks on for 10 days

I didn't have the socks but had the injections for 6 weeks. Sorry no tips on how to make it comfortable it just isn't but I kept rotating the site and getting someone else to inject so it somehow felt less painful. Take care

I've had to do both injection and compression socks. You wear them daily but when having a shower u can remove them for up to 2 hours after shower to give legs some air. With the injection they can be given on the stomach area, I did lower belly area it felt less painful or you can inject in your thighs. Just remember to rotate sites daily. I hope this helps. X

My midwife basically said it depends how active you are. You can take them off if you're walking around quite a lot, but to wear them if you're doing a lot of sitting around. I still wore them at night even on these days as I had a bit of ankle swelling, which went about 9/10days pp, coinciding with finishing the injections too. I found the injections least painful / bruising on the side of my tummy. I did one on my thigh and it was so painful and I got a huge bruise 🙈 I was doing them myself as my husband is so squeamish, but I think getting someone else to do it would be SO much easier

I kept mine until I finished the injections so 10 days pp

I had the injections for 10 days and when my midwife came over on day 5 she took them off and told me I didn't need them as I was getting up walking around and having the injections
