Formula

Baby turned 1 November 24th and still has 3 bottles a day I've tried swapping to cows milk or adding cows milk to her bottles but she doesn't seem to like it but will cry until I give her a bottle. She eats 3 meals a day and has cows milk with her breakfast. How do I stop the bottles? I give food first but an hour ish later she wants formula and turns down snacks, I've upped her portion size and offer different foods but she'll cry for her bottle
