I'm planning on sticking to the first stage if possible but I will get the 2nd stage if needed once she's 6 months with the shortages. I imagine they're pretty similar!
I've been struggling to get some too but found it in Morrisons. Have you looked on the Tesco app, you can stock check the stores. Also always ask I'd there's more in the back because I was told by a worker that they don't put it all out as its expensive. Also Kendamil have just released another forumla called Bonya. Only available in Tesco and Sainsbury's but it's more reasonably priced
I go between first stage, first stage organic, second stage and second stage organic.. literally whatever is in stock x
Second what Anna said. I asked a health visitor this this week and they said the same.
@Jenny Omg I just checked the price for Bonya milk by kendamil and it’s only £8.45!!
@Andreia I know! New rules are coming in which mean they need to produce a product which is affordable. I saw it the other day and got a box just in case but then managed to get the normal stuff so haven't tried it out yet. But will do when I run out of normal Kendamil.
Yes they’re very similar. There’s actually no need to switch - follow on milk is just a marketing thing because companies are not allowed to advertise first stage formula. However there’s no harm either if you’re struggling to get hold of your usual one! We use kendamil too and when we haven’t been able to find it in a big supermarket we’ve managed to find it in Co Op or Superdrug so if you have one near you that could be worth a try x
