I think his fussiness is more to do with the cold than teething. They get fussy when the tooth is about to cut, but I can’t really tell in this picture if there is a tooth trying to emerge or not.

@Kianna hello, his cold only started this morning, he's been really unsettled chewing his fist, dribbling lots , screaming and pulling his mouth for quite a few days now
Well if the symptoms just started this morning that means he’s had the cold in his body for a day or two now. It doesn’t show up right away. He may be getting hungrier maybe going through a growth spurt if he is chewing his fists and getting fussy. How old is your baby?
