Coconut oil is easily absorbed by the scalp and hair shaft. Great moisturizer.
You may want to mix some of castor oil for thick hair.
I have heard rosemary oil is great but I have never used it myself.
What worked during my 1st postpartum hair loss, was A. Acceptance that this is a part of it. The more stress I would take the more hair loss.
B. Drinking this overnight soaked concoction the 1st thing in the morning. Not great at taste, but helped with the hairloss.
(1tsp Fenugreek seeds, 1tsp Cumin and 1tsp Fennel seeds soaked in a glass of water overnight)
Something else that helped a lot was washing my hair with fermented ricewater between shampoo and conditioner
Hope this helps Sally.
