Anyone used the kegal devices?

No I have some but never used them haven’t had to as of yet plus I heard some things that kinda turned me off of them

I use them and I don’t spot a difference lol I don’t think I know what to look out for

I used the teardrop kegal balls and they helped me get from having a super bouncy pelvic floor and being advised not to have children, to a point where I could get pregnant and have my pelvic floor complimented by my midwife during birth, so I would say they work if you use them properly and put the work in.
