Diaper size

My daughter is almost six months old and in a size five diaper. To my knowledge diapers only go to size six and then it transitions to training pants for potty training. Is there another option? Because so far her diaper sizes have corresponded with her age in month and she clearly won’t be ready to potty training by then. Has anyone been through this?

I personally use cloth diapers and they have larger sizes. But where I am they sometimes also have size 7.

It may depend on where you live and the type of diapers. For us our baby has been in each size for 3-4 months

You can use pull ups as regular diapers, you just pull them on instead, the sides rip open easily and I've found they hold just as much and have the same coverage as a regular diaper does. You don't have to be potty training to use them. Use whatever fits and is available to you.

Size 5 at 5 months? My goodness! That’s Healthy baby🥰🥰 my LO’s are 8 months in size 4s.

Mine just turned 7 months ago few days ago and is a size 5 🥲

Pull-ups are just pulling up version of diapers they aren’t training pants they’re just easier to pull up and down w the same absorbency. I use cloth, OSFM fits my boy from 2m until he toilet trained, I never needed to buy different diapers for him and most babies don’t ever need a bigger size than that as they have snaps at the front to adjust so the same 80 diapers lasted him until he trained. But pull-ups just mean they pull up they’re not training pants per se.

@Trinitee 🤣🤣 she left the hospital in size one and just never stopped growing from there
